How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! Simply click the Book Now button on our website, choose your preferred service, date, and time, and we’ll confirm your appointment as soon as possible.
How long does an appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service. Wig installations typically take 2–4 hours, while styling and maintenance services may take less. We’ll provide an estimated duration when you book.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
For the best results, please arrive with clean, dry, and neatly braided hair if possible. If your service includes braiding or hair preparation, simply let us know when booking.
Do you offer home or mobile services?
Yes, we offer mobile appointments within selected locations. Availability and travel fees depend on your location. Please contact us to confirm if mobile service is available in your area.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment where applicable.
Do you accept walk-in clients?
Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time and to avoid long wait times.
Do I need to bring my own wig?
You’re welcome to bring your own wig for installation. If you don’t have one yet, we also offer a curated collection of premium wigs available for purchase.
Do you customize wigs before installation?
Yes. We professionally customize wigs by bleaching knots, plucking the hairline, tinting the lace, styling, and fitting the wig to create a seamless, natural-looking finish.
How long will my wig installation last?
With proper care and maintenance, your installation can last 2–4 weeks. We also offer maintenance and reinstall services to keep your wig looking fresh.
Do you sell wigs and hair products?
Yes. We stock a range of quality wigs, hair extensions, and selected hair care products to help you achieve and maintain your desired look.
Do you ship wigs outside Huddersfield?
Absolutely. We offer nationwide delivery across the UK and can arrange international shipping upon request. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location.
How do I care for my wig after installation?
To extend the life of your wig, avoid excessive heat, wrap your hair with a satin scarf or bonnet while sleeping, and use recommended hair care products. We also provide maintenance services and personalized care advice after your appointment.
